A tune to calm the wind

Wow, I think I worked pretty hard on this in a relatively short time *faints*

A bit of the story: "A tune to calm the wind" is actually a song Cleva found in a yellowing sheet of music in one of the room in the ruins of the Castle of Macadamion. The music was actually supposed to be played with an ancient musical tool, but she tried to play it on her violin...and it fits; surprisingly. But it's unfinished. She rushed around the room to find the rest of the music sheets, but she couldn't find it. She found herself in love with that music, which was pretty ancient to be used for her college's "Remembering the Glorious Days of the Kings". It was a national event which was held once every ten years in the country.

So she went to her college the next day and tried the song again while she practiced for an orchestral performance with the college's musical group. The head of the group heard it, liked it, then decided to put it for Cleva's solo. The group finished preparing, and went straight to the stage to perform. The audiences' applause slowly faded as she began her solo, amazed at the beautiful tunes that came out of the violin, but Cleva herself was no longer looking at the audiences. She looked straight ahead, and her hands were steady as she continued to play. But all she could see in front of her was an ancient ballroom; covered in gold and silver ornaments, with people dancing a slow ancient dance circling around the room.

She saw a young woman looked back at her; her hair almost brightly yellow under the light of thousands of candles, while her violet eyes acknowledged her as she spoke clearly, "Good performance, citizen. You have earned a compliment from the princess herself."

And the vision poofs gone.
Yay.
